This is my first gold find with the Simplex+! It’s a gold Tyrone GAA medal. It was awarded for a football tournament which was most likely the county championship or some form of important tournament. Due to the design it is most likely from the late 1800s in the infant years of the Gaelic Athletic Association making it quite a significant piece of GAA history. Sadly though, it has been cut/broken in half and I was unable to find the other half. Extremely happy to find it and save it from the plough. Good luck and happy hunting!
