I Enjoyed Another Fun Hunt This Morning
One of the biggest selling points for Nokta Makro here in Australia is that they are fully submersible. It doesn’t rain often down here but when it does, it rains cats and dogs!
So, why wouldn’t you pick a machine that doesn’t mind a bath once in a while?
I’m sure some people drive past me and think I’m crazy for metal detecting in the pouring rain… but those who know, know that wet conditions are the best conditions for metal detecting.
The ground is soft and recovers a lot better, there are generally less people around and the targets sound so so sweet!
However, I’m soaked to the bone. My socks are wet, I’ve got mud in places you can only imagine and the trusty multi kruzer needs a well deserved bath!
It’s also testament to why you should buy equipment that is water proof! I would have been stuck at home watching the idiot box if my Nokta Makros weren’t water proof!
Ahhhh metal detecting….. I bloody love ya!
